Oats Brown Rice Kanji Dosa

The title says it all This dosa is made out of "Oats and Brown Rice".Adapted this recipe from a book but it was given with "White Rice" but I replaced the same with "Brown Rice" owing to the nutritional benefit
Use ghee / butter for making dosas while serving it to children
After preparing this dosa, the same can be used in making Andhra's Special Tiffin named "Pappu Rotta".Click on to this link Oats Brown Rice Dosa Upma recipe
